Certifications that expire
Licenses, certifications and safety training carry expiry dates and warn you in advance. An expired card found on site is an expensive way to learn.
Who can do what
Skills are recorded per person, so dispatch sends someone who is actually qualified for the call.

- Can techs request time off from the app?
- Yes, and approvals land on the schedule immediately.
- Does it handle subcontractors?
- Yes. Subs are tracked separately with their own certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9 status.
- Are there accrual rules?
- Yes. PTO accrues on the schedule you set, per employee or per group.
