What the setup actually is
Most software asks you to configure it yourself, which is why so much of it is bought and never used. We do that part: the website, the domain, the email, your price list and your service catalog are in place before you start working in the system. Two days, once, and then you are running.

What does the setup fee cover?
Two days of our work: your website, domain and email configured, your price list and service catalog loaded, and your team walked through the system. It is one-time, not recurring.
Do I pay per user?
No. The plan covers your business. Adding a technician does not change the bill, which matters most exactly when you are growing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month to month, no minimum term. Your domain is registered to your business and stays with you.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are shown before tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state.
